My Hero, Daverian De Guzman

 Well, my friends, I have just had my last meeting with a young man who has become very dear to me, Daverian De Guzman AKA “Dave”. Dave is a website builder extraordinaire, an amazing young man, devoted husband and father, deeply intelligent, and a profoundly kind and patient individual …who I have grown to care for deeply. Daverian De Guzman, AKA Dave…. Has done something extraordinary for me with his patience, kindness, and tremendous intellect. Dave has been able to make me understand, with his profound teaching skills, how to understand the back end and the complicated workings of a commercial website.

How is it even remotely possible, to teach a 77-year-old woman how to build effectively, well not build… but maintain, and add products to, a complicated website that sells my original oil paintings and the hundreds and hundreds of beautiful heirloom quality Giclée reproductions, that are created via professionally photographed captures of my original oil paintings …all of them…offered on capecodartgallery.com?

Here is exactly why! This new website would have been an outrageous dream and unattainable, never mind positively impossible, and completely out of my area of expertise without the constant help, deep and consistent patience, given to me by Daverian De Guzman. “Dave” is the most valued employee in the “build” department at artstorefronts.com! My friend Dave has been so much more than I had ever hoped for in someone to assist me to build this huge new website! It was Dave, who has consistently been at my side for months and months of work. It has always been Dave who has dedicated many more hours than he is required to do in his job description. Even so, he has helped me in absolutely every conceivable way to get over the fear of building something so big, taught me how to operate the back end of my new website without being scared S^%t-Less …hahahaha! in the process. Allow me to tell you my friends that I certainly would have not, not in any possible dream I might dream up …been able to even start, never mind finish this project…without him!

This incredibly kind individual is an intellectual powerhouse, a high school teacher, and a school principal in his prior work experience, and I must tell you that dealing with rowdy teenagers was most likely a cake-walk compared to what he needed to do, and did do with a 77-year-old technological neophyte!  But, even more importantly, he is a divine human being with all of the Hallmarks of the best that humanity has to offer. Someone like Dave is incredibly rare, especially in today's world, plagued by turmoil and constant global problems! Finding someone like this young man is nothing short of a stroke of luck and the universe giving me back the best gift possible. If you are an artist, a photographer, or a creative of any kind, I think that you would be doing yourself an enormous favor by contacting artstorefronts.com and specifically requesting the help of this magnificent individual. Dave is a clear example of what the best of humanity has to offer. Thank you, dear, it comes nowhere close to what you deserve in accolades.  But I will say it anyway, thank you, my friend, for everything… for all of your patience, all of your expertise, all of your kindness, all of your thoughtfulness, and all of the true friendship that you have given me. Given that all you were hired for, and all you really were required to do for me, was to build my website!...but no! As is your way, Dave, and I suspect that it comes absolutely naturally to you…you have been a guiding light, my cheerleader, my sometime Therapist hahahahaha!...and in the end… You have become a true friend whom I respect deeply and appreciate profoundly.
